The brief for the position was very specific and extremely limited given the nature of the role but after talking through the attributes that we were looking for, both professional and personal, Walker Dendle sought to find the ‘right fit’.  The remit was given to a few agencies as it was a hard brief but Walker Dendle sent through some CVs which we reviewed, from this we interviewed a few people but found that the best candidate was the one from Walker Dendle and one of the first whose CVs we received and interviewed.

Walker Dendle kept us informed of the status of the recruitment and worked with us on the offer process and negotiations to ensure that we had an acceptance from our first choice candidate.
