Job Description:
An excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA Accountant to join a Global FMCG powerhouse. You will be the ‘bridge’ between regional Finance teams and the UK based Group and your role will have 3 key areas of responsibility. Firstly you will ensure that robust controls, systems and processes are in place in each country. Secondly you will ensure that the periodic management reporting is timely and accurate and that the commentary ‘makes sense’. Finally there is considerable ad hoc activity to be done; such as capex and opex appraisals, integration of acquisitions, process re-engineering and budgeting & forecasting. You will find yourself working closely with the FD and often with the CEO and if successful in the role you enjoy huge career opportunities. The ideal applicant will have considerable, post qualification exposure to life in a large multinational, some FP&A knowledge and good controls experience, probably gained in a Big 4 environment.
