Job Description

This role will allow the right individual to help set the agenda for one of our clients most profitable businesses and would place the successful applicant on the path to business unit & general management.
  • Create and update sales tracking tools and dashboard to monitor customer & product pricing, margin and key account activity by territory, region and market
  • Internal reporting and analysis of external market intelligence reports (including IMS GFK ePAC), external company quarterly reports, territory feedback through CRM
  • Tracking and management of matrix pricing and profitability by product for Bausch & Lomb and its customers
  • Commercial business management of Key Pharma wholesalers
  • Product Launch Tracking
  • Manage the sales effectiveness tool ensuring metrics are created for target customer call rates and market share by territory, region and market. SFDC
  • Develop / create new tools to support the business to monitor, evaluate and manage sales effectiveness and cost control.
  • Ongoing competitive analysis of pricing, org structure and product focus.
  • Develop standardised weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Support Business Unit Head with sales planning / forecasting
  • Rebate / Brand Equalisation contracts with customers
  • You will be a fully Qualified Accountant or strong experience in Financial Analysis
  • Have strong Financial Analysis
  • Have a proven track record of Business and Customer Analysis
  • Demonstrate experience of sales effectiveness support, on any system such as SFDC
  • You will have Sales and/or marketing analysis based experience within a commercial environment
  • You will be a strong written and verbal communicator
  • You demonstrate high standard of organisational skills
  • You are a self-starter and results driven
  • You have a demonstrable aptitude in assimilating and utilising financial & customer data.
  • You have expertise in Excel, Access and of bespoke software packages, such as Cognos and sales effectiveness support systems
  • You demonstrate Time/Project management skills
  • You have experience in data manipulation from market intelligence ( IMS, GFK. ePAC)
  • Previous Pharma, Healthcare, Hospital or Surgical  experience
