The role will help facilitate the complete lifecycle of the Enterprise Risk Management process with a focus on integrating risk management techniques into the company's operational processes. You will be accountable for monitoring the business unit risk and control environment and consulting on risk mitigation plans to ensure the exposures are kept at acceptable levels whilst acting as a key contact for the business for the overall risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries and functions (e.g. Country Leadership teams, key function representatives, finance, external partners, audit etc.)
  • Think creatively, sharing your ideas to deliver continuous improvement for the risk management programme.
  • Keep abreast of the macro and micro-environment, regulatory trends and emerging risks within or outside of the organisation.
  • Deliver key events and workshops on behalf of ERM team, including our future trends and innovation forum.
  • Ownership of the ERM tooling platform, utilising tools and technology to provide risk reporting and relevant insights / analysis, identifying future enhancements and ensuring all risk information is accurate and updated, when necessary, on the platform.
  • Assist with providing coaching, guidance and education to senior business leaders (and their teams) to ensure they understand the expectations of the ERM programme, their responsibilities in the process and support in developing strategies to address identified risk exposure.
  • Facilitate the delivery of the business unit risk process, overseeing the identification, assessment, documentation and reporting of risks and controls for country risk profiles.
  • Assist in the preparation, review and issuance of risk reporting and presentations, delivering key learnings and updates to senior leadership, the Board and other relevant forums.
