This high profile and responsible role will see you working very closely with the Head’s of Tax, Treasury and Support functions as well as the majority shareholder's finance team, the Group CFO and the senior finance leadership team in all aspects of reporting. You will also work partnership with the country finance teams and with the directors to understand business developments and performance.
To deliver the consolidation of the Group’s monthly, quarterly and full year results, budgets and forecasts under IFRS and preparation of associated Board and Audit Committee reports by:
-Managing the four highly qualified members of the team
-Providing expertise in IFRS reporting both at the centre and also to the business units
-Developing effective and deep relationships throughout the business based on trust and professionalism
-Developing a culture of delivery, ownership and accountability
-Being the key point of contact with KPMG in relation to reporting
You will be expected to develop a high performance team culture by:

In addition you will assist the Group CFO and Finance Leadership team with the delivery of the Group's revenue and profit growth targets as well as taking on other ad hoc tasks including preparation of Board papers, pensions, put option template, trading statement, Q&A’s and annual report extracts
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant, preferably ACA, and will possess substantial experience of leading Group consolidations (IFRS), have experience of working with large scale multinational businesses as well as substantial experience of working with and reporting to senior management.
Additionally you will have an in depth understanding and technical excellence of financial accounting and reporting requirements and processes, people management and leadership experience including development of teams & experience of acquisitions.
