My client, a multi-million turnover Globally facing Surrey based business, is currently looking to hire an interim Financial reporting Manager to join their group finance function. The role will take ownership of the internal and external reporting for group companies. This includes, preparation of group reporting packs and consolidation of results, revenue recognition, statutory accounts preparation, SOx compliance, audit and tax liaison, intercompany and variance/trend analysis.
The company has a preference for an ACA Qualified individual with a proven track record in group consolidation processes and systems, IFRS and US GAAP experience, knowledge of SOx controls and advanced Excel.
