An opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll manager with evidence of value add projects and initiatives to join a private equity backed, high acquisitive and growing international business.
Management of high volume payroll & pension transactions including the auto enrolment pension scheme. You will have full responsibility for the monthly reconciliation and the processing of all statutory liabilities as well as management of the company's third party payroll provider.
The successful candidate will possess extensive payroll experience also gained in a high pressured environment in addition to experience of management of outsourced payroll. In depth and current knowledge of pension admin, PAYE, NI, P60s & P11Ds etc. Pension knowledge including reconciling monthly deductions/payments.
This is currently a sole charge, very hands on role, but you must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in driving continual improvements, leading and delivering on initiatives and payroll and reward projects as well as senior stakeholder engagement.
You will also demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills as well as a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
