Consultant X is a personal, highly-professional recruitment expert. I have worked with her both from both sides of the recruitment divide and have been impressed by her energy, attentiveness and the strong sense of integrity she brings to the table.

I have been in regular contact with Walker Dendle for about 10 years since my first meeting with Lisa who I found very thorough and knowledgeable. This relationship has resulted in my placement with two Surrey based established organisations via the use of their exceptional recruiting services.
In my first placement as Management Accountant, Estha placed me with Thales in Chessington. This was initially a 3-month contract but after only 3 weeks of being there I became a permanent employee. I stayed there for about 5 years until my redundancy due to a restructure. I enjoyed my time there owing to close working relationship with my team. During my tenure I gained invaluable experience receiving international exposure from within a complex matrix structure. This experience enabled me to take on a year contract position with another large multinational company, focusing more on the commercial side of the business as a finance lead.
Since my Thales days, I have found Lisa and Estha very approachable and engaging. They have helped me understand the nature of the market and have responded to my queries and concerns. This has enabled me to find the right role. It showed a stark contrast to how my last tenure turned out, resulting me leaving the company due to discovering the culture and structure was not a good fit for me. This was a direct placement after I applied directly for a Finance Business Partner position.
Estha, has since, quickly found me a suitable role with Raven Housing Trust. This is the second time Walker Dendle have found me a placement which affirms the strength of my relationship developed over a number of years.
I wanted to focus on the commercial side of business again as a Finance lead in a role that involved business partnering with key stakeholders. Both Lisa and Estha have clearly understood on what kind of role I am looking for and managed to find a suitable organisation with the right culture and structure, ensuring a good fit for me so that I can develop my accountancy career further and be given the right support, meeting my additional needs of being deaf.

I have known Consultant X both as a client as as a candidate. She is very likeable and persistent in building up relationships, and understood what I was looking for in both capacities. When I was looking to change jobs she was one of the first people I got in touch with.
